Two coaches sit at the top of a 30-plus vehicle fleet we own. Filter to Buses for this page's vehicles, or look down the ladder if the group is smaller than forty.
Showing 6 of 13 vehicles.

The 40-seat charter bus and the 55-seat motor coach, photographed in our own garage. Both carry luggage in bays beneath the floor; the hourly rates sit in the cards just below.
Reclining seats with overhead racks, an underfloor luggage bay and a cabin you can walk down — in a body short enough to handle a hotel forecourt and a venue turning circle.
The full-size MCI coach: onboard restroom, deep luggage bays under the floor, a PA for the group leader and reclining seats for a long run. One coach replaces roughly four Sprinter vans.
Uniformed, background-checked and trained — never a broker's contractor, and the same faces your team comes to know.

Same drivers, same 24/7 dispatch — a vehicle sized to the party, and the venues and airport group work these coaches do every day.
Indicative hourly rates for the same block of time. For a group in the forties one coach wins on cost per seat and carries the luggage underneath; below about forty a smaller vehicle is the better buy.

Every coach booking carries the same standard — a professional driver, the loading points agreed, and the vehicle held for your block.
A full party's checked luggage, a sports squad's kit or a conference's materials rides beneath the floor — nobody holds anything.
The motor coach carries an onboard restroom, so a run to Atlantic City, Washington or Boston does not become a service-area stop nobody planned.
Reclining coach seats with armrests and overhead racks for the cabin bags — the comfort that matters on anything over an hour.
A public-address system so whoever is leading the group can be heard the length of the coach, on a convention or a stadium day.
A 45-foot coach cannot stop where a car can. We confirm a legal, workable loading point at each end before the day, in writing.
Part of a 30-plus vehicle fleet we own, driven by people we employ, with the long charters planned around the driver's federally capped hours.

Executive partner
A partnership we hold directly with the organization — the same standard of service we bring to every airport transfer.
Up to fourteen passengers, group travel is a vehicle question. Past forty it becomes a logistics question — everyone has to board somewhere legal, the luggage has to go somewhere that is not a lap, and one person has to be able to address the whole group. A 40 or 55-seat coach turns that into a single vehicle with one driver.

Forty on the charter bus and up to 55 on the motor coach, which is the largest single vehicle in our fleet. Above 55 the answer is two vehicles dispatched as one booking with one point of contact, rather than trying to squeeze a group into something that does not seat it.
The 55-seat motor coach carries an onboard restroom, which is what makes it the right vehicle for runs to Atlantic City, Washington or Boston. Both coaches have luggage bays beneath the floor plus overhead racks inside, so a full party travels with checked bags without anyone holding one.
At a loading point we agree in advance, not wherever the group happens to be standing. A 45-foot coach cannot make many side-street turns, cannot enter most hotel forecourts and cannot wait at a kerb where a car can. Give us the venue and the hotel and we will confirm a workable spot at each end in writing.
Yes — four hours on the 40-seat charter bus and five on the 55-seat motor coach. The minimum exists because a coach cannot take another job in the gap. For anything shorter, a mini bus or a pair of Sprinter vans is usually the better value and we will tell you so.
For a group in the forties, almost always. One coach is a single hourly rate where four Sprinter vans are four rates running in parallel, each with its own minimum — and the coach carries the luggage underneath rather than between passengers' feet. The group also arrives together instead of across twenty minutes.
Yes. Atlantic City, Philadelphia, Washington, Boston and the Hamptons are regular coach runs, quoted as directed rather than by mileage because the waiting time and the return leg set the cost. Long trips are planned around the driver's legally capped hours from the quote onwards.
A coach driver's working day is limited by federal rule rather than by our schedule. A same-day return to Washington and a same-day return to Philadelphia are genuinely different bookings, and where an itinerary will not fit inside one legal shift we say so at the quote and plan a second driver or an overnight instead.
Regularly, including the Javits Center. A shuttle is usually a coach looping a fixed route for a block of hours with a set of agreed pickup points, one dispatcher holding the whole plan and staggered departures where one loading point cannot take everyone at once.
Yes, and for guest transport above about forty it is the sensible choice: everyone arrives at the venue together, the coach waits through the reception rather than being rebooked, and it takes the whole party home at the end of a night that finishes long after the last train.
Then this is not your vehicle. Between 15 and 38 a mini bus fits better, and up to 14 a Sprinter van does — our Sprinter van page covers that end, and the group transportation hub covers the whole ladder from one passenger to 55 and what each headcount lands in.
Yes. The hourly figure covers the coach, a professional driver and the fuel for the block of hours you book, and tolls are inside it rather than added at the end. Garage parking on a day with long stops at an indoor venue is the one cost that can be added, and we say so before you confirm rather than on the invoice.
Yes, and it is one of the jobs a coach does best. Each airport has a coach and bus loading area away from the taxi kerb, so we agree the meeting point and the walk to it with your group leader beforehand, watch the inbound flight, and load the checked luggage into the bays while the group boards. Give us the flight number and the headcount, and the JFK and Newark bus pages cover the rest.
Golden Class Limo charters 40-seat buses and 55-passenger motor coaches across New York City and the tri-state area, for conferences, weddings, campus and corporate groups and long-distance day trips.
A coach carries what a van cannot: luggage in bays beneath the floor rather than behind the seats, reclining seats with overhead racks, a public-address system for whoever is leading the group, and a restroom on board the 55-seat coach for longer runs.
Size is decided by headcount and by the kerb. A 45-foot coach cannot turn into every Manhattan side street or wait where a car can, so we agree a workable loading point at both ends before the day rather than discovering one on the morning.
Charters are quoted hourly with a stated minimum — four hours on the 40-seat bus, five on the motor coach — and long-distance trips are quoted as directed, because the driver's federally regulated hours and the return leg set the cost rather than the mileage.
Our charter bus rental service starts from $225 an hour for the 40-seat bus and $250 an hour for the 55-seat motor coach, each with its own minimum. Quoting online takes about a minute, a card holds the vehicle, and nothing is charged until 24 to 48 hours before pickup.
